Bakerella: My Kind of Blog

After seeing Jenn's post on the Cupcake Cake Bites (shown at bottom left) from Bakerella, I knew I had to investigate and Oh. My. Goodness. This blog is amazing. The treats are easy to make and the photos and styling are gorgeous. I really admire food photographers because, well, I'm not exactly the most successful with lighting and macros. My strengths lie mostly in the cooking, not so much the documentation thereof.




These sweet treats are wonderful for Valentine's Day but also oh-so perfect for other parties. The cup cake bites - perfect for a birthday party! The kisses & rose cupcakes would be a great addition to a bridal shower (the ribbons in the kisses could easily be personalized with the couple's name). Food blogs are definitely a huge inspiration for my entertaining posts and I plan to keep a watchful (and hungry) eye on Bakerella for more inspiring eats & treats.
