Friday Linkfest

I hope everyone reading this is safe & warm. The streets this morning were a bit nasty as we had a fair amount of snow overnight.

I'll see you next week when I'll be unveiling a new feature on The Finer Things. It's part inspiration, part challenge and 100% secret... until Wednesday, that is! ;) Enjoy the links!

Rumplo is a fantastic site for the clever t-shirt enthusiast. You can browse t-shirts from artists around the globe. [via swissmiss]

Congrats to Jenn on the relaunch of Hostess with the Mostess which features a new look, new party themes, new fabulous finds and (best of all) new additions to the recipe box.

Do you like the alphabet, illustration, hand lettering and zines? Check out the beautiful, fabulous lazy soosan alphabet series [via Erin].

Matthew Mead shows you how to create a shadow box to show of small treasures (this is kind of like a portable version of the letterpress tray that I use to showcase my knickknack collection, I also use mason jars to store larger mementos).

These poppy seed pancakes [via unruly things] look amazing. Equally as delicious - the tofu scramble.

If you are into paper art check out the amazing polyhedrons of Father Magnus Wenninger. You can even purchase a polyhedron for yourself (the largest ones are only $50 which is incredible considering the amount of work that goes into creating these). [via it's nice that]

For your inspiration and viewing pleasure, the prop styling of Amy Chin [via desire to inspire]
