If your children have been out of school for a little while now, you may be in search of activities for them to get their hands on during the day. Here are seven fun and patriotic crafts – one for each day of the week – that kids can create in preparation for the holiday this Sunday!
Monday: Decorate the outside of your home with festive tie-dyed bunting -- Family Fun
Tuesday: A red, white and blue windsock will look great in the garden, or hanging from bicycle handles -- Better Homes and Gardens
Wednesday: This paper wreath is wonderful for windows or doors -- Family Fun
Thursday: Float this boat at the park during a holiday picnic - A great use for old soda bottles! -- Family Fun
Friday: Weave tiny bracelets to wear one at a time, or stacked on your wrist. Create more to pass out to friends at the fireworks display -- Better Homes and Gardens
